Recently, one of my relatives stated 'never lose your sense of humour'. Well, goodluck on that one, because no one puts laughter in you, its already there! Just take a look at the "Laughing Baby' video on the homepage of this website. So where does this 'inner child' experiencing go? Or does it too, appear covered over at times? Sometimes a joy for no reason, an innocence beyond the apparent external attachments and aversions.
So what is Bumpa-Snallions?
Bumpa-snallions was a game played as kids in the lounge room amongst all the overturned furniture. You had to place a rug over your body and pretend you were a snail, except we were minus the little antennae so there was no sight. If you bumped into another snail, you were 'out'. Usually there were no sounds .... !!
As siblings grow up they tend to go their separate ways, and one of these siblings met with some adversity along the way which resulted in releasing much of the past emotionality around some intimate relationship trauma experienced as a young adult. An opportunity for unraveling the Buddha mindset one might say. It seems this Buddha mindset must be within many, and lets hope it does not take adversity to inspire its discovery by each from within, an unraveling of what appears to be covering it over.
So if ever you feel in victim mode, or the odds are against, just know that always beneath and beyond, deeper within.... the Buddha mindset awaits an unravel ling for who you truly are. That is, you're not your emotions that come and go, the story of past that was done, you're really that unlimited nature upon which it appears.... just the same as the movie of life is played upon the clear 'buddha' background, movie screen, awareness of that story. If there were no 'movie screen' or that Buddha mindset to teach upon, there would be no "Bumpa-snallion" tales for which to tell, or no movie to be seen, as there is no screen for it to be played upon.
You can be free with mind and beyond mind, its up to you "Freedomind". It's really about the external discovery with the internal discovery and sometimes it has been the internal discovery that has been ignored simply because it was not known 'how to' discover 'what's within?'. Now is the perfect time to notice this Buddha mindset, with and beyond the joyous tales of the past such as the 'bumpa-snallions' that were, if you are open to it !!

Depending on your information .... the human body is 80% water ... so allowing the body to be 'one' with the water reduces "resistance to". For example, in the sport of swimming...
This can also be a deeper truth re human emotion ... Have you noticed when there is resistance a 'block ' comes up , almost as though its a wall or barrier, its usually something disliked . One may say, that's good a fear response and flight happens. Yet , take a close inner inquiry .....
Lets say there's freedom beyond perceived fear ...... with fear comes suffering ..... sometimes the dislike or even bad, can rule through fear ....... Yet, when fear is dissolved , it is clear, there is no wall, it can "BE" present, 'at peace' for opening a solution or even taking a calm serene stand for greater good which may be to leave too, from 'serene peace' .... rather than have that greater good flight from fear based barrier emotion. In essence better choices usually result in not being around 'fear' based energy initially.
Perhaps beyond this 'apparent fear' is a freedom that dissolves this 'resistance' for it does not perceive it as fear ... so it tunes into that which is beneath beyond it ........ an effortlessness ....... and so it seems , 'being at peace of mind' within, allows for heightened awareness of 'one with water' ......
Now if you swim, that swimming becomes effortless, because the body mind is also 'at peace, effortlessness' ... and so too this can be experienced in daily living and beyond ! One of the most effective ways for tuning into dissolving fear and opening a serene clear inner freedom is the emotional release method founded by Lester Levenson in 1952. It is known today as The Sedona Method. It simply enhances your natural ability to release unwanted feelings. Similar to enhancing your ability to swim, or run, or walk or have better relationships... so too, enhancing your natural ability to release emotions is often over looked.
The human is "being" from who and what it truly is.
From here, the human being is 'doing and having'. Doing and having are happening in any moment.

So how do you have this "Just being infinite nature beneath and beyond. Rather, how do you not be what you already are?"
It appears feelings, thoughts, sensations, pictures, beliefs can cover over this 'clear freeness' upon which it has been taught.
In my experience, one of the easiest realization of the 'how to' tune into just :beingness' as Lester Levenson first discovered in 1952, is to enhance your natural ability to release unwanted feelings ..... and beyond.
So if you are open to it, simply release what you are not ... and live from .... just being and beyond !

Instinctively it is just known that there is always something within that is naturally stronger than the external circumstances.....

It seems that the realm of professional sports focuses on every area to bring forth that capacity of the human being to perform at its maximum when most needed.

Having trained young athletes to their highest potential in the country at the time, there was indeed an emphasis on mind and its capacity. Even though, it still came from thought, rather than "what is it that is aware of thought?" So it now seems this inner inquiry can be explored even more, if open to it.
Humankind is born with a natural ability to release feelings, particularly the unwanted ones and the fear that holds back or blocks. Furthermore, the identity to that which is sometimes referred to as the 'ego' or the "I" individual which is a sense of separation and, therefore, does have limitation. For sport to function as it does, safety is required. Limitation does not serve if it is harmful, non mutual and unsafe. You are not separate from inherent security, it is that. Why allow fear to cover it or hold onto any fear feelings when it can be released for the clarity and security beneath, if open to it.
The Ancient Eastern teachings suggest that humankind does have an inherent nature at its very heart and beyond which is a limitless 'at peace' clear and totally aware, joyous sensing. The Dallai Lama is a great "model" of those teachings. The invitation now with mind coaching, in life or on the sports field, court , arena , track, or pool is to discover if this is your own inner truth. What this is suggesting is a freedom and inner wisdom with and beyond mind's thinking, perceiving and experiencing. Can humankind notice human nature from a whole new level and inner awareness?

1.Next time you have a good belly laugh, can you think at the same time?

3.When you have felt fear, was there a feeling of courage at the very same time? For example, if I were to speak in front of 20,000 people for the very first time I may feel some natural fear feelings arising just before going on stage. At that very same time the fear feeling is arising I do not allow for courage to be present too. Allowing the 'holding' onto that fear to release and dissolve, allows the courage and 'a serene at peace, awareness' to come forth that is beneath and beyond that feeling of fear.
4.When striving and striving and striving, have you ever wanted to simply just rest? You along with 6.7 billion people most likely. When these feelings of striving appear and you want to relax and simply stop, can you just simply allow yourself to, just stop? Right now can you just stop reading these words? Can you allow yourself to notice the 'quiet mind' and welcome that? Can you expand that 'quiet, clear and aware' sensing, and some more and even more than that? Can you rest as that?
5.If I 'shoulda, woulda or coulda' ......is that having, being or doing, right now? Can you allow yourself to let go of any "coulda woulda or shoulda" in this moment , and notice what is beyond? Unlimited potential perhaps?

Past relationship tough stuff as a young adult lead the self on an inner journey which lead to the other side of the world for human potential trainings. It was at these larger group trainings that I began to 'release' the past, even the sense of an "I" which was so identified with, and about the past. This allowed huge amounts of emotionality around many previous intense issues, particularly in the intimate relationships area, to be set free and dissolve. From blah blah to aha !!
I had been taking photos of my travels and as I released the past more and more, I began to notice more and more from a clearer awareness, beyond attachments and aversions, beyond past beliefs about the way I needed to be or not be. I zoomed in on the reflections and took photos with the sun rays in various places, water seemed to have a joyous energy about it, especially fountains. At the time of taking the photos there were not many of these types of things on the internet, now there is an abundance. Eventually, with the photos I have taken, I placed them to form videos, animations, and an ebook. I have a special project which I would love to bring to life with the ebook and photos to inspire humankind to discover their own deeper true nature which usually may not differ too much at the deeper core of who and what you are.
Not only did I begin to notice nature from a whole new awareness which I was not told how to do, it was simply discovered from zooming in or out, I also began to notice human nature from a whole new level. I began to see that emotions stem from love, that usually someones approval or disapproval resulted from their past beliefs and perceptions, and really was not about this self at all. Now, is all there is, being present and fully aware is at peace within and clear. Wanting is not having, especially around the feeling of wanting safety !! It is quite profound when you open to what is beyond it all .......
